Hashibur Reza Kallol is a Bangladeshi film director, producer, screenwriter, and dialogue producer. He is best known for directing the film Satta, starring Shakib Khan and Paoli Dam.

Kallol was born in Jessore district, Bangladesh. His father's name was Abdur Razzak and his mother's name was Hasina Momtaz Hasi. He completed his secondary education from Jessore Municipal Preparatory High School, then his higher secondary education from Jessore Cantonment College. Later, he obtained a bachelor's degree in arts from the National University.

Hashibur Reza Kallol married Jasmine Akhtar Bithi. The couple has two children, Satta Reza and Shilpa Reza.

He started his career as a photographer in the daily Prothom Alo. Then he worked as a photographer and news producer in various media outlets, including Ekushey Television, Banglavision, and Boishakhi Television. He also began producing television dramas, drama scripts, and full-length films. Notable works include Andha Nirangam and Satta, with Satta starring Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan and Indian actress Paoli Dam.

Currently, Hashibur Reza Kallol is serving in important positions at the Bangladeshi TV channel G.T.V. and the leading Bangladeshi newspaper Daily Naya Shatabdi as Editor.
